Why Pre-blended Expanders?

Hammond Expanders specializes in packaging products with the needs of the lead-acid battery manufacturer in mind. All of our negative expanders are packaged to your weight requirements, allowing you to match a single bag to your addition rate and paste batch size. All products are packed in 2-ply, heat-sealed paper bags for hassle-free introduction into the paste batch.
Introducing the expander by single paper bag also allows better paste mix uniformity. Once the expander has been added, simply dispose of the paper bag.
Custom Packaging

All raw materials are carefully weighed for precise batching; using only approved raw materials further assures a quality-finished product. Testing every box from every batch of finished product assures us the expander is consistent with its specifications and acceptable for shipment.
